How do I connect my Google Business Profile?
It's incredibly simple. After signing up, you will be taken to a setup wizard where you can search for your business on Google Maps. We automatically extract your Place ID and format the optimal review link for you.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Currently, the platform is optimized for single locations per account. If you need to manage a franchise or multiple branches, please reach out to us to arrange a custom enterprise setup.
Can I change my Google Review link later?
Absolutely. If you move locations or change your Google Business Profile, you can instantly update the routing URL in your dashboard. Because your QR codes point to your short link, you never have to reprint your physical materials.
Marketing Studio
How do I download my QR code?
Navigate to the Marketing Studio in your dashboard. From there, you can customize your QR code's appearance and download it as a high-resolution image to print on your own materials.
Can I add my logo to the QR code?
Yes! If you are on the Pro plan, the Interactive Marketing Studio allows you to upload your company logo, change the QR code color, and select from premium backgrounds to match your brand perfectly.
Do my customers need an app to scan the QR code?
No! QR code scanning is built natively into almost all modern iOS and Android smartphone cameras. Your customers simply point their camera at the code, and your review page opens instantly.
Smart Routing
Is the review routing compliant with Google's policies?
Yes. Google's policies prohibit "review gating" (preventing unhappy customers from leaving a review entirely). Our engine routes 1-3 star reviews to a private feedback form first to de-escalate the situation, but customers always retain the right and ability to post on Google if they choose to.
How does the Reward Loop work?
Available on the Pro plan, the Reward Loop allows you to offer customers a promotional code (e.g., "10% off your next coffee") in exchange for their email address immediately after they rate you 4 or 5 stars. It's a frictionless way to build a marketing list from your happiest customers.
How am I notified of private feedback?
When a customer leaves a 1-3 star rating and submits private feedback, you will immediately receive an email notification containing their comments and contact information (if provided), allowing you to resolve the issue directly.
Billing & Plans
How do I upgrade to Pro?
You can upgrade to the Pro plan at any time directly from the Billing tab in your dashboard. The upgrade is instant and unlocks all premium features immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. If you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing cycle.
